WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of
receipt of item. Returns are eligible for store credit only. ALL accessories, hats, undergarments, and FINAL SALE ITEMS are FINAL and nonreturnable. Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility and returns can be sent to:

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping is a flat rate $10 and shipping is free after $100. Shipping is either through USPS or FedEX. All shipping comes with insurance. Packages will be shipped out within 3 business days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Typically orders will be received within 2-5 days depending on the carrier and the time of the year. If you need something rush shipped please let us know and we will do our best to work with you.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?
First, please check the tracking number provided to you. If there has been no movement of your package in several days, please contact us at Tiffany@tiffscloset.com. We will work with the carrier and if necessary, file a claim with the carrier and you will be reimbursed as soon as we are reimbursed by the carrier.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ORDER?
While we try our best to make sure every item is checked for defects before it leaves our door, sometimes things happen. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Tiffany@Tiffscloset.com with a description of the defect and a picture of the problem. You will be given store credit for items found to be defective.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED?

Tiff’s Closets’s products are sourced from a variety of wholesalers and other boutiques in order to keep prices low. Sometimes there is only 1 of a particular item available.
HOW DO I MAKE SURE I ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE?
Each item has fitting advice as part of the description as well as measurements. If you are unsure, you can always contact us at Tiffany@tiffscloset.com and remember, if it is not a final sale item, it is returnable if it doesn’t fit.
